It gives parents ways to connect with their child through special activities, helps healthcare workers provide better emotional support, and adapts to each family’s unique needs. What makes it successful is its focus on creating moments of love and connection, even in the most painful circumstances.

Enhancing Learning with Sensory Toys at Lidcombe Public School

This year, Lidcombe Public School faces new challenges with incoming kindergarten students who have additional needs but no available spots in special education classes. Due to funding shortages, the school cannot access necessary sensory toys. Responding to this urgent need, the Kiwanis Club of Sydney recently delivered a range of sensory products to support these students. This initiative aims to help the children regulate their emotions and enhance their learning experience in a mainstream classroom setting.
