Comfort Care Cases: A Heartfelt Initiative by Kiwanis Sydney

The Comfort Care Cases project at Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick, provides comfort and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families during their hospital stay. Kiwanis Sydney has proudly supported this project for over 9 years, providing a range of resources to ease the difficult terminal phase of a child's life. Through our ongoing commitment, we are working to serve the children of the world.

Comfort Care Cases: Dignity, Comfort, and Support in Families’ Darkest Hours

Comfort Care Cases (CCC) are carefully designed kits that help families create meaningful memories and find comfort when caring for a child at the end of life. It gives parents ways to connect with their child through special activities, helps healthcare workers provide better emotional support, and adapts to each family’s unique needs. What makes it successful is its focus on creating moments of love and connection, even in the most painful circumstances.

Kiwanis Club of Sydney Celebrates Success of “It’s in the Bag” Campaign for Share the Dignity

The Kiwanis Club of Sydney successfully completed its "It's in the Bag" campaign for Share the Dignity, packing 115 bags filled with essential items for women experiencing homelessness and domestic violence. The bags were thoughtfully assembled with toiletries, sanitary products, and personalized notes of support before being delivered to Bunnings collection points across Sydney. The club extends heartfelt gratitude to all donors and volunteers for their contributions, which will bring comfort and hope to women in need this Christmas.
